Return & Replacement Policy

1. Why We Don't Accept General Returns

Hair patches are custom-fitted, personal-use hygiene products made to individual size and color specifications. For hygiene and safety reasons — and in line with standard practice across the hair replacement industry — we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference once a product has left our facility.

2. When We Do Offer a Replacement

We will replace your product at no additional cost if:

• You received a materially damaged or defective product.
• You received the wrong product (different item than what you ordered).
• The product was damaged in transit.

3. How to Report an Issue

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 95555 56570 or email at hi@rikularora.com.
2. Share your order number along with clear photos or a short video of the product and its packaging as received — this helps us verify the issue quickly and process your replacement without delay.
3. Do not use or wear the product before reporting a defect, as this may affect eligibility for replacement.

4. Replacement Process

Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a free replacement of the same product. If the exact item is unavailable, we'll offer the closest equivalent or, where a suitable replacement isn't possible, a refund to your original payment method via Cashfree.

5. Refunds

Where a refund is due (e.g. an order that could not be fulfilled, or a verified defect with no suitable replacement available), refunds are issued to the original payment method through Cashfree and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before they have been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, though the replacement terms above will still apply if there is a genuine defect or delivery issue.
